End of Month Reminder

Hey There Everyone!

Since it is the last day of the month, this is the best day to check your payment information in preparation of the 1st of the month.

It’s also the best time to switch up your pledge from monthly to annual if you haven’t done so already (you’ll get 2 months free!) or formally cancel your pledge if you need do (we understand if you need to – no worries, my friend).

The following steps will help you switch your pledge over to annual:

  1. Log in and hover over your profile image in the top-right corner to open the “user menu.”
  2. Click on Manage memberships from the user menu.
  3. You’ll be taken to your Active memberships by default and can click the Edit button next to your membership.
  4. The checkout page should be familiar – directly under the page header, you can toggle between monthly, or annual membership. You can compare the price of membership at this point.
  5. Select the annual price button and click the Update button. Please note, that you’ll pay for the entire year upfront
